Letter of appreciation from a Ukrainian military unit commander

About this letter
We send medical tourniquets, which stop bleeding in injured people, to Ukraine. A medical nonprofit in Ukraine receives them in bulk and distributes them to hospitals and other medical settings and to military units. This letter of appreciation came from the commander of Ukrainian military unit A5046, which received some of them. Because the nonprofit that received the tourniquets handled the distribution, we do not know how many went to this unit or when.
Tourniquets are used as first aid to keep people injured at the front alive until they can be taken to a hospital. We send ambulances and fire engines, medical supplies such as tourniquets, and drones for rescue work. We do not send weapons. The medical supplies and drones go to a medical nonprofit in Ukraine, and the ambulances and fire engines all go to local municipalities.
We have translated the letter as the unit wrote it.
